So I did the MAX Challenge for 10 weeks! I have to say I really loved it! It kept my ass working out on a daily basis and I’m happy to report I lost 10 lbs and 10.5 inches in the 10 week challenge. I was going to the 6 am class and days I did not make that class I would go at 5:30 pm or 7:30 pm classes. I really do love the program and I would say if you want to work out and get yourself back in the game the MAX will help you get there.
