Are you ready for 2015? Are you ready to create a new? I had to “recreate my balance” after having internet issues for over a month with Comcast. I need to get back into the groove and blog and publish my next newsletter. It’s a new year a time for new beginnings. Change one thing in your life that you wanted to change in 2014. Here are a few examples of a slight change and just by doing this you’ll feel accomplished in the new year; if you wanted to eat more protein add peanut butter to your morning oatmeal, if you want to reduce your carbs change to high fiber or gluten free breads and pastas, if you want to add more fruits and veggies make sure to eat one with every meal, if you always say “yes” to all invitations say “no” and stick to it. These tips really work and are what “Recreating Balance” is all about. As a Health Coach I’m here to help you take small steps to accomplish your health goals and formulate attainable action plans. If you are interested in working with a Health Coach please comment below and leave your email address so I can contact you asap. Happy New Year and Happy New You!!
